CORONAVIRUS & FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
We are welcoming church groups back on the campus starting June 1. We will be resuming in-person worship starting Sunday, June 21.
We are encouraging the congregation to wear face masks to protect the vulnerable attending in-person events from COVID-19. We will be providing face masks for anyone who needs one. We are also asking everyone to practice social distancing. In most circumstances, six feet distance is enough. In the sanctuary, the distance is ten feet. This is to protect congregants from the virus being projected during congregational singing.
On Sunday mornings, we will be limiting our seating area. Families will be allowed to sit together. Our ushers will be directing worshippers to their seats to avoid any confusion. Likewise, at the end of the service, they will be releasing the pews one by one to avoid bottlenecks. When socially distancing is difficult, we are requiring the use of face masks. This can happen especially as people are entering or exiting the building.
For now, we will be starting with a service at 8:30am and 10:00am on Sunday mornings. This is subject to change. Please stay tuned for any updates here on our website!

WELCOMING YOU HOME
First Presbyterian Church of Norwalk is a Christ-centered community drawn together in gratitude for God's gifts of grace, guided by the authority of Scripture. We are an active congregation with a heart for multi-generational ministry. Join us as we worship the Triune God who builds us in faith and equips us for ministry and mission as we endeavor to make the name of Jesus Christ known throughout the world.
We are excited to encourage teens in their walk with Christ every week. Feel free to invite your friends to our youth activities. Our teens are from many local schools so all are welcome.
