OUR COMMUNITY
Norwalk is a community of neighbors, gathering on front porches to share news at the end of the day. We care about one another,
especially our families.
We have a deep respect for our rich heritage and traditions, as seen in our beautifully renovated century homes and revitalized central business district. We offer city services ranging from outstanding safety forces to curbside recycling to state-of-the-art recreational facilities.
The real strength of Norwalk relies on the central premise that a strong work force and strong families make a strong community. Four school districts, over two dozen religious institutions, and a dozen fraternal organizations and service groups offer their resources to our citizens.
