The Presbyterian Women's Association's (PW) annual rummage sale is almost here. The dates of the sale this year is Friday, April 20th from 9:00-6:00 and Saturday, April 21 from 9:00-2:00.
The men and youth group of the church started on Sunday by moving all the treasures we have stored throughout the year in our basement up to the Fellowship Hall. The women will begin their work on Monday morning by arranging, folding, fluffing, pricing and managing all sorts of treasures. Donations of all of your misfit treasures will be accepted all week until Thursday at noon. This gives us time to price everything. 100% of all the money we receive goes to local, national and global missions. A few examples of the missions that PW board have decided on for this year are: Bloodmobile, Meals on Wheels, Food Bank, Salvation Army, Miriam House, Kinder Casa, Buckhorn Children's Center, Techno-Serve and World Vision and several others.
PW would like to Thank anyone and everyone who help with this event. We could not do this without many hands and lots of prayer. There are too many names to mention but just know that you are treasures to us and God knows your name.
